Memorial Hermann Cypress MOB & Garage

MLN’s Mechanical Construction Group is working to complete the new medical office building and garage. Project is scheduled to complete in 2024.

The new four-story, 102,000 square foot medical office building and 185,000 square foot parking garage is part of a $71.8 million commitment to accommodate the growing community.

MLN’s Chad Smith is managing MLN’s scope of work which includes the Plumbing system.
