Project
Anadarko Hackett Tower
MLN’s Mechanical Construction Group completed the Anadarko Hackett Tower, adding 550,000 square feet of office space to Anadarko Petroleum Corporate headquarters.
The new tower can accommodate 1,700 workers, with hundreds of individual offices, several meeting rooms with natural lighting, and amenities that showcase Anadarko’s commitment to giving employees a work-life balance. MLN’s scope of work includes the HVAC system, building automation system, a stand-alone central plant comprising of four chillers and two cooling towers.
Michael Cosgriff and Kenny Callihan worked with the Patrinely Group, Gensler, I.A. Naman, and Harvey Builders to complete this project in February 2014.
