Houston Methodist St. John’s Hospital, Central Utility Plant
This project consists of an expansion and renovation of the existing central utility plant on the Houston Methodist St. John hospital campus. The project is comprising of expanding the existing CUP building to house new electrical gear; performing select equipment demo and put back in the existing CUP building; constructing a new electrical yard for generators, transformers & switchgear; installing a below-grade to the hospital for CHW, HHW, domestic and fire protection water; installing a new electrical ductbank to the hospital. Construction duration for all phases is estimated at fifteen (15) months with a projected start in January 2017.
